FROM MOUNTAINS TO THE PACIFIC, WINE TO PISCO SOURS

Two things struck me about this day.

1. The Andes ceased to amaze me. Jagged, snow capped mountains one after another kept me encapsulated every minute of the 7 hour journey (well, except for when I was sleeping off the couple of drinks from the night before!).
2. I've never seen the Pacific Ocean before. I know it's just water and that without knowing, you could just be at home looking out on the Atlantic. Except I wasn't. It felt different. Looking out across vast expanses of water that I had never encountered before was exciting - I just wanted to keep on exploring in every direction I was looking in and never stop going! Unfortunately though I had to stick to the itinerary……
