So, enough with the night trains. Turns out not all night trains have sleeper cars. This one left (theoretically) at 11pm and had some very uncomfortable old seats on it that I haven't seen the likes of since I was a kid travelling here. The train was packed, as in some had to be out in the aisles on little seats that fold down from the walls. I'm sure they slept just fine. Then, we sat in the train station for 2.5 hours after our departure time with no sign...
