Zaldy It is so obvious for me that the WC law was pssead only ONLY to put a cap on how much a worker can get from an employer. The truth is that a worker usually gets injured FOR LIFE in a serious, legitimate work accident, so that's serious money (that will never be given under this law). On the other hand, the law made it possible for lying workers to get an extended VACATION at the expense of the workers that really need the money. Just like life, you can never win, the f box of chocolates.
