Mim & Amy's Trip There were two girls from Stoke,Who thought it'd be quite a joke,To leave their church,And go off to search,For a place in the sun to soak.They left on a plane called a Boeing,And sat comfy in their seats just knowing,That while the rain slatted down,As the plane left the ground,To sunnier climes they were going.They touched down in Delhi at night,And due to the lack of light,They wandered into the Taj,Asked, "How much do you charge""And can we please pay by the night?".The girls were arrested on site,By police who were none too polite.For such a serious crime, They would have to do time,And the sentence was not gonna be light.The prison was hardly inviting,The mozzies persistently biting,The food was not nice,Being plain boiled rice,And the prisoners were constantly fighting.Mim, turning to Amy in fear,Cried, "We have to get out of here!""The air-con is broke,The food is a joke,And I could murder a cold Cobra beer!"Amy agreed that they could not stay,And suggested they get down and pray.And it cheered them to think,That they had a good link,To the One who could provide a way.Within a day of their prayer,Things better they started to fare,Cos out of the blue,As if on cue,A man came to visit them there.His name was Isaac Shaw,And he knew all about the law.So he busted them out, And they had not a doubt,Without him they'd be on "Banged Up Abroad".They wanted to thank DBI,And it seemed too soon for "goodbye",So in exchange for their bails,They ran car-boot sales,And unlike up 'Anley it stayed dry.
