Well here we are in Phuket.... after an hour long flight down from Bangkok International Airport we landed into a Monsoon at Phuket International! It was another expreience... yet again its one of those things when you think its chucking it down at home, think again...! Its nothing believe me...! I managed to get talking to an english guy at the airport, he turned out to be a time share manager and has been living here for the alst 12 years... what a bonus this could turn out to be...! Whilst having a bite to eat and awaiting our flight to start boarding we had a good ol chat with him about what the score was in Phuket.... turns out that Phuket is the place to be in Thailand, and after just having a walk up the 'strip' it turns out to be the case! There has to be about 10,000 shops/restaurants/bars and just the same amount of Lady-Boys...! The place is rife with them.... oh well you get what your given for for 3 quid i suppose.... scotts not complaining.....!! lets hope he gets more for his money this time round.....!! just kidding, i think he feelsa bit un-nerved by them, aren't we all.... they well aint normal...! Just had some thai food for dinner, me and drew opted for the noodle, steamed rice and chicken with vegetables approach whilst scott went all out and local with a steak sandwich and chips..... good man....!!! Well off to bed in a mo its getting late here and its been a bit of a long day....!! Will keep you posted on tomorrows happenings as and when they occur, this is better than the BBC 24 hour rolling news isnt it.... I bet michael burks not this up to date...!
