A new set of tyres fitted, as the old ones had cracking on the side wall. Whilst the wheels were off I was able to check the brake discs , which thankfully looked pretty new with plenty of life left in them. The brake cable covering was cracked , the mechanic said it wasn't important but I'll get the specialists to check that one.
