Arrived in Kathmandu this afternoon. First impressions are that it looks and feels fairly similar to India - except way cleaner and less chaotic. Checked into the Shangri-la hotel but although I'm sure it's luxury for these parts it's not quite the Shangri-la experience I was hoping for! Arrived in Delhi airport to a nice 28 degrees, nice. Flight is delayed for some reason but I'm not fussed as i just tucked into India's version of a BigMac a Maharaja Mac mmm...oh flight is boarding off I go!
