I'm a very lucky woman, married to Mike. In fact he's made my life. There are a whole lot of reasons but here is one... I love skiing and so he's coming with me to a ski resort, for three weeks to be near me whilst I ski. Sadly, his knees won't tolerate the sport for himself but he knows I don't like to go on holiday without him so he's coming with me. So here's the plan.. I've purchased my lift ticket and a lesson pass which allows me to join any lesson for 15 days.. that way I don't ski alone and Mike's going to write whilst I regain my ski legs. We're flying Air Canada, in something called 'Comfort Class' (we think it's economy, it was priced at economy) and we departing on Sunday 23rd December. It'll have been a big weekend as on Friday 21st it's our friend Chris McKenzie's 40th birthday celebration. She knows how to host a party so that's not likely to be a small event. Plus we have to get our flat ready for the rental I arranged whilst we're away and the dog into care and then we're off! Not for one week, or two, but three weeks!
