Richard's Memorial Park in Port Credit, Ontario, officially part of Mississauga. There is a little beach with fairly clear water, considering it's on Lake Ontario--not normally considered the cleanest of the Great Lakes. Wow! Today we shopped at Starsky's. It is an amazing Polish supermarket that is the size of any huge grocery store. The inside is a dietician's nightmare! Aisle after aisle of yummy European baked goods, canned everything and a deli like I've never seen before in my life! They have a sample bar set up where you can sample deli meats, but you can also try their cheeses. There are pastries and cakes, and home cooked ready to serve meals. All I can say is wow!
Today we went for a walk down by the Credit River in Mississauga. What a great place for a walk! The air was crisp and cool, well not cold or anything, just enjoyable. Warm enough for short sleeves, anyway. We weren't fortunate enough to see any deer, which I am told often frequent these paths. However, we had a refreshing and enjoyable walk.
