Finally some greetings from New York! We are right now sitting in an internet cafe at 5th Avenue, so we have only a couple of minutes left to write.

First of all about the Montreal pictures. It seems that they didn't work out because we had an foreign character (French accent grave) in our file names. So our pictures are coming a bit later, but don't worry, we have a couple of very nice ones from Montreal and New York.

Yeah, we came to NYC two days ago. The 11 hour train trip went well and was relaxing. We have had a wonderful time here every day, and it's impossible to write about everything in a few minutes. We'll tell ya later.

Everything has gone fine, we are traveling with Toni the German and every day has been really packed with activities and fun! The only minus is the apartment we are staying in. The host is trustworthy and we are staying in a great location (Upper West Side, pretty rich neighbourhood in Manhattan), but the apartment is pretty awful.. He has two dogs (which doesn't really bother us) but also a cat and two or three CHICKENS!!! Yeah, you read right, chickens.. I guess anything can happen in NYC. But the biggest problem is the cat as both Michelle and Toni are really allergic to it. We just bought allergy medication, so we should be fine.

Now we have to go and enjoy the great shopping opportunities this city has to offer!
