Well what more can i possibly say (or sing)..... HAPPY BIRTHDAY maybe?!
Hope you are having the best time in VEGAS, you have definately got to celebrate with the ride on the top of the Stratosphere, not just the one that goes round, the one that goes up and down, you'll know what i mean when your there. Then you really will be 'on top of the world'!
I would also recommend some kind of show, i went for a Chippendale type affair, you might want to look more towards topless ladies (just a suggestion but after all it's a free world!)
Anyway, we'll enjoy The Chef's Wok tonight in your honour....JOKING OBVIOUSLY, just another night infront of the TV thinking of you!

P.S. the ride that your brother is talking about is on top of the Stratosphere hotel, and I've been on it, and since I know you have a fear of heights, it probably ISN'T the best idea...but my god it was SOOO much fun.
P.P.S - Take a ton of really drunk pictures. Everyone needs memories, and even though Vegas has capitalized massively by their newish slogan...well, let's just say nothing ever stays in Vegas very long.
