SO here is perhaps the first entry before Michael arrives to Switzerland.

It's been 3 weeks that I have been in Switzerland, anxiously waiting for Michael to arrive. Questions of uncertaintey arise: Will he show? When?

And now BA-day has arrived (Beginning Adventure day): he shall try to catch his first stand-by plane today! So if we're lucky, he will get on a plane today and by tomorrow morning he will be in Euope somewhere either in France or in Germany. Which means: SAME TIME ZONE!
