hi chaps, its all been go over here. we`ve moved into the new place. its a town called takasaki, which is where jess` school is. she teaches an English club on monday lunchtimes. anyone can sign up for this class with the foriegn female teacher. only the boys football team has. so she has to teach a class full of teenage boys who sit and stare at her for an hour. i dont work at the mo. it didnt work out with the job i had lined up, so ive got to find something else. cross your fingers. had three interviews this week, so hopefully will find something. its all going ok really. still getting used to loads of stuff. living in sin is going ok. the other day jess said to me 'can we watch alan partridge?'!!!!!! the beer situation is not so good. in fact its pretty non existant. you can get guiness, and japanese black beer. but thats kind of wierd. its mostly just lager. so ive not been drinking much as a result. eating loads though. yummy sushi and the like. the peanut butter situation is quite desperate too. we keep looking for it. there are jars of stuff that look like it and but then turns out to be peanut whip - this creamy sweet peanut spread stuff. but we keep seeing new brands and saying this one might be peanut butter. it never is. so we have four different types at the mo. I had some success the other day though, findng some skippy (a north american brand of peanut butter) in a supermarket. its not the best but its pretty good. anyone still reading????
