Welcome to my blog.
My name is Mia and I am currently on my Gap Year before I become engulfed in my sleepless and caffeine-fuelled medical future. Besides from chulashing some free and fun time off, and experiencing what it is like for your clothes to never be clean (no matter how many times you wash them), I wanted to experience an utterly different culture and way of life. South America will be an insight into an incredible range of sights, cultures and climates in a way I have never experienced. From the Andes' indigenous Peruvians, to the Gauchos of Chilean Patagonia and the bikini wearing, samba dancing Brazilians and more. I am jumping to see, taste, talk and share this trip. I hope you will enjoy following me as I take advantage of this incredible opportunity whilst making sure I arrive home all in one piece, with some additional souvenirs, stories and freckles of course!
