mum Apparently, you need to sync your phone to iTunes with your new sim in for the phone to work. Which means... option 1: Find a computer with iTunes, plug in your phone, restore phone (which will completely wipe everything), then you should be able to use the phone. Option 2, buy a new cheap phone and makes sure sim works in it before paying for it. Hope this helps
