Bonjour!

What does one write for their first blog? Should one describe themselves, family, friends? Tell you that Megan is the welsh form of Margaret but my origin is Irish? Tell you that I’ve been studying French for a year in college but my major has nothing to do with it? Tell you that I have a fantastic boyfriend and loving family who raises cute but attention-needy dogs, Shih Tzus? My answer is no. Why should I bore you with such unnecessary details.

The point of this blog however is an important detail. Technology today has allowed me to keep a journal/itinerary/updated status so my parents don’t think the evil pirates off the Mediterranean coast have captured me and want ransom/ and log of my accounts in Europe during the month of July for later reference. Therefore, I plan to update this blog while in Europe as much as possible but usually my plans go askew so we’ll will see. Till then, a bientot!
