SO, how to start and what to say?
We are here now for 7 nights and have finished today our detox program.
Every day was very intense, staring with a clay shake at 7am, which every day, even now, nearly makes me sick. Followed by 8.30 am herbal pills.
The days continued by this 2h rhythm. We had one yoga and one spa a day, which we had to fit into that routine. It was very busy in a funny way, but everything else here
is so relaxed, and there nothing to do, so we actually really enjoyed our little schedule going to the wellness centre for the shake, pick up the hebs, quick chat on the deck, over to yoga, ect....
Some days went really well, others were hard. I constantly thought about pizza and in the steam room, which smelled sweet, thought of Xmas cake.
I am sooo sooo hungry :( - (can't wait to have fish and chips in Adelaide on the sea front;) )
But, this whole experience here is absolutely amazing and I would and will always do it again. I feel very energetic, positive, happy and clean and so cant wait for my long trip to fully begin!
I met some amazing people here, who all have very interesting and fascinating things to say. But we all have ONE thing in common, we all struggle with that detox, we all travel and we want a change things in our life, esp on the job front! It's a very nice positive community.
For the next 6 days we will only eat certain things and need to slowly introduce food groups to our system again. Very nice to feel so clean! Today was fruit like papaya, watermelon or apple.
Tomorrow are raw vegis...
Will do little boot trip tomorrow and then enjoy the last 2 days here, before we are slowly heading towards Krabi.
