Leaving Home Valley we continued for the last leg of the Gibb. We crossed the famous Pentecost River, but unfortunately then water isn't reaching here at the moment so it was dry.
After a quick stop in at El Questro to refuel, we headed on up the road to Emma Gorge. It was beautiful. Very high with ferns in the rock wall. The water was freezing, but we still went for a dip.
Continuing on to Kununurra, we were so delighted to finally find some nice green grass. We are staying at a caravan park on Lake Kununurra and watching the sunset on the water was beautiful. Our next surprise came when the massive full moon rose up over the trees and shone on the water - our own stairway to the moon!
