It's been a few days since our last blog entry. Kris and Angela have been free for the weekend and we made the most of it. We took a trip into Sigtuna to have a look around the shops. Today we headed out to the markets in Vaison la Romaine, south of France. It was a cold and rainy but it was great to get out and see the sights. We got some cheese and tapanade for dinner. We had an amazing lunch with Bo. We were the only people in the restaurant. The food just kept coming and the host felt it her duty to feed us so much we nearly rolled out the door. Yesterday we flew from Stockholm to Geneva with Max's dad. We then drove to his house at Servoz to stay the night. We had a sauna to wake up and then went to Chamonix for a walk around town. Today we decided to do a bit of sight seeing in Stockholm. Bo (Max's dad) was our guide. He took us to the old city of Stockholm where the buildings were between 400 - 600 years old. Very beautiful part of the city. We then went to the Town hall for a tour. It is an amazing building. Not very old but it was designed to look older than what it really was. Today we headed off with to try some sledding with Max's brothers and niece and nephew. It was great fun. We had a late lunch in Sigtuna Krog. (A cute little pub). The evening we headed into Stockholm to meet up with Bo (Max's dad) and Anette. They have a very nice inner city apartment in Stockholm and then headed out for a lovely dinner in the city.
