maura, we had dinner with your Mom, Dad, Aunt Gina, Sue and Uncle George, you parents raved about seeing you and had the best ever vacation in Paris with you. I loved your hair cut, amazing and oh so french! the photo's your Mom took will be treasures. can't wait to see them as i would only view them in your Dad's camera. we had fun, but spent most of the time talking about YOU! can't wait to talk to you and see you at Xmas. hugs and much love j

So Jazzy had a birthday yesterday. wow time goes bye so fast.. cris and ed are leaving for Paris on Nov 21 > staying one full week we went to barnes and noble so she could brush up on her French which she took in high school. i so wish i could go, bur i'm blessed to enjoy your photos and when you get home telling us all about your adventurs it will be like being there. love that laughing cow cheese? hugs and much love joni and george xoxox

i also respect places that designate nap time... the edward scissorhands thing sounds nightmarish....this weekend i went to nyc and saw a guy that was like 50pounds overweight in a skintight spiderman costume and he was wearing a thong...talk about scary. lol miss u tons!

Maura, Your pictures are fantastic. I am very jealous of your Barcelona trip and Mr. DeThorne wishes he could go to Normandy. I think even Patrick is (secretly) jealous of all of your adventures! We miss you and look forward to seeing you when you get back. We are getting tickets to see A Christmas Carol and are scheduling them around your return (again, I'm sure Patrick will be thrilled given his love of all things "theater") Be good......c.d.

I love this blog thing and am so glad you went t Oktoberfest!! Looks like you guys had a blast...aren't the Germans fun?! I just started cracking up at work when I read about how you were "summoned to your room" for missing breakfast...boy can I relate to that! I am watching Law and Order Criminal Intent....Do they have that in Paris..I suspect not. Anyhow, there is a detective that looks just like a tall red headed version of you. She has a very cute short haircut that looks very Parisian, so perhaps you should consider it? Just found out that Patrick's Aunt Jackie was in Paris....too bad she didn't know you were there at the same time.......
