This trip came to fruition in September when Matt's mum gave him a HUGE pile of travel guides and a flight centre gift voucher to put towards a trip of his choice! We have her to thank for giving us that opportunity for this trip of a lifetime! It was an easy choice to plan a Europe trip with Matt's friend just moving to London and us having many friends and family who have traveled and lived around Europe.
We begun to plan our trip in October with our travel agent at flight centre. We booked some bargain flights to London where we have just over a week to spend time in. Then we have a top deck tour called Roman Pathways which takes us from London to Rome through Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Italy. We plan to make our own way from Rome to Paris via train, visiting many places in between. Matt had a genius idea to end our trip in Phuket, so after an action packed trip through Europe, we will then spend a week relaxing on the beaches of Phuket!
We can't wait for this exciting trip that's just under 100 days away! We will keep posting updates throughout the trip for anyone who wants to see what we are up to! Looking forward to it.
