Hey all!

2 blogs in two days - aren't you lucky! Infact, I just paid for a bit more internet than I should have so thought I would use it up. We arrived in Auckland today (after getting up at 5.15 this morning - dirt!). Flight very uneventful (Joey wasn't feeling too well, better now though, and Matt decided to write our letter of complaint to Qantas, just watch us come back First Class!). Got the bus to Auckland centre and checked into the hostel - nice and quiet which is great, although a bit smelly!

Went down to book our campervan - easy hey? NO. The campervans we wanted aren't kept in the centre of Auckland (it's only the very small ones they keep here) and as Auckland spans twise the area of Greater London (interesting fact on the day) we were pretty stuck! However, after a lot of calling around and internet use (plus very randomly meeting two people we had stayed with in Fiji, at a hairdressers in Auckland!) we have booked it!

Done through Apollo Motorhomes - we have the Apollo 2 Berth ST - at a VERY good rate (all about flirting on the phone with the booking lady!). So we pick that up tomorrow after going for a trip around the Skytower in Auckland (apparently the only thing worth doing here!). We're not spending much time here as its just like any other city and we really want to get out and see the REAL NZ! So just relaxing at the hostel now, getting ready for tomorrow by having a very continental dinner (French Bread, Cheese, Salami, Olives and Prawns - oh the hard life of a student!).

So, expect a lot more blogs now as the internet here is fast and incredibly cheap......
