We left this morning for Phuket on a boat we booked in town. We're sad to leave Phi Phi, but excited to move on. Bec and I bought a couple of smoothies just before we left for the boat ride.

Stayed at a place called Phuket Backpackers in Phuket Town. Dinner at a really great restaurant covered in plants, literally. There were no walls, only hanging orchids between tables. It was amazing. Bec had a mint flavoured slushie and fried pumpkin.

After dinner, we hit up a bakery shop for a late birthday cake for Becky. We shared our cakes with a beer and watched a movie we rented in our room. We totally forgot that Hot Shots Part Deux starts off in Thailand. Weird.

Phuket town is a little rougher around the edges, but you get a better perspective of how the locals live. A few kilometers from the beach, it's not as pretty, but not as touristy.
