Hello All,

Well to say we have been a bit slack on the blog would be an understatement but the internet has not been so readily available, especially when we were in the campervan!

So we arrived in Cairns a few weeks ago and stayed there for a few days before heading on our long adventure in the camper covering 3000k in 14 days. We went to some amazing places including Atherton tablelands, Airlie Beach, Fraser Island and Australia Zoo!!!

We have added most of the photos on here so hopefully you have all had a look. We are really gutted as we have missed the Great Barrier Reef due to really freezing and rainy weather meaning all the trips were cancelled when we were in Airlie, rather than hang around and wait when we were on such a tight timeline to get to Sydney we thought we would make some mileage up and save the GBR for a long weekend while we are in Sydney.

So what can I say, we arrived in Sydney and love the place, when we first arrivved we didn't really have time to take in the sights as we were focussed on finding a place to live and work. Luckily it did not take long and we have found a great apartment in the middle of the city which we are sharing with another Aussie couple. We both got jobs on the same day which was good and are just settling into life in the city.

We will probably wind down the blog unless we have been on some interesting trips but will keep adding any new photos so it will be easier to stay in touch via facebook or our personal emails until we start our travelling again to New Zealand and South America.

Communication should get easier from early next week as we have ordered a wirless modem which we can take with us wherever we go so we should be on email and skype much more soon!

Ok peeps well we are missing you all in this big city but still having an amazing experience.
