Ashman, surprise surprise, it's Dad C blogging on for the first time since the trip started. Thought it was about time!

Not too sure where exactly you are at the moment, but I'm sure it's a heck of a lot nicer than here at the moment. It's chucked it down all day and I've just spent the last hour sorting out tomorrow's U17 game and I'll probably spend another hour tomorrow, phoning everyone to cancel!

It would be good to see some more pikkies on the site. Perhaps you don't have access to an Internet Cafe at the moment. Great long range picture of the van, and some nice rocks and trees. I'm sure you are both there somewhere!!

Austria looks nice, apart from the rain. Good to hear from you last night - glad you are both ok. Can vaguely remember Venice from my school cruise - here is a tip: don't try and bring back one of the fancy model gondela's, they are a nightmare to keep in one piece.
