We left El Karama today. A 6.30am start, then breakfast at 7 (the kids were there before the parens which was a surprise!!). Mango for breakfast again!! Then everything was packed up into the 2 cars, and we left by 8.30, and hour before we were planning!!
The journey was LONG!!!! Too many hours to count... But we finally arrived at Kristina's house at around 5.30!! That was after stopping off for a supermarket shop for over an hour, picking up another car which we left when we picked up Ken, driving through a severe rain storm, and driving across the equator!!!!! So that was all wry exciting but somehow tiring...
When we got to the house, we slightly unpacked, had some tea, I had a bath, and then supper of cottage pie and chocolate roulade - YUM!!
Pili (the little terrier) stood on a bee!! Poor thing, the sting went right into the pad bit on her paw :( so I cuddled her after taking the sting out and putting bicarbonate of soda on it to neutralise the sting venom stuff.
I then had a lovely chat with my Liam, then snuggled up in bed with Kristina :)
