Soo Croatia was good, not as good as Contiki but very relaxing. Not quite as much drinking although a few ppl on the boat tried to change that by seeing who could amass the highest bar tab on the boat, i think the winner ended up with over 50 pints and that just wat he drank on the boat....
Was def a very beautiful place tho, lots of mountains, clear water and awsome views, my fav place was prob Korcula, an old medieval town just cause it was more laid back and less touristy than a lot of the other islands.
It was relatively uneventful week, well compared to Contiki...Rolo found himself a stalker who decided to sleep on his bed with him despite some very clear signals that she wasnt wanted, i.e. shutting both the door and the curtains on two occasions...she still somehow didnt realli get the msg. Did a bit of cliff jumping, snorkelling and white water rafting and other than that just sat in the sun (even tho my lack of tan would suggest otherwise).

Had an alrite ferry ride into Ancona apart from the fact the boat was over 2 and a half hours late into port which left Julie and Paul (and my mother im sure) a little worried that id actually made it onto the ferry in Split. Was good to see some family after over a month.

Mondavio has been very nice, great house to stay in, esp after spending the last month living with tiny rooms and mostly sleeping with 3 other guys in the same room. Been to the beach every day and there was actually SURF yesterday!! Walking onto the beach and seeing waves (small, but they were catchable, although u had to make sure u pulled off early enough so u didnt get gravel rash from the pebbles) was close to one of the most exciting things that has happened on my trip. Went on a shopping spree at an outlet store and bought a years supply of boarides along with a cool singlet. Been out for dinner with Dale and Greg, Julie and Paul the last two nights. Had a massive sea food feast the first night, i ordered wat i thought was a simple starter and turned out to be 7 seperate sea food dishes! def a good choice...and had massive pizzas last night which were just as good.

Leave Mondavio tommorrow and am pretty much on the way home, which is a little exciting but at the same time im not ready to come home yet.
