Hello my intrepid four!
Just cruising the Spencer 360 site. Completely understandable, nothing entered Ann since mid November in the photo dept. You did say that the trip down the NSW coast.....a big fat beach holiday. And I have been spoiled ( or is that spoilt) with phone calls. But rereading the messages, I was mortified to discover my spelling error! Spencer was surely enjoying a dessert of the sweet, indulgent variety for his birthday, rather than the arid, remote, often dry landscape of the spelling of my previous message. Oh, the shame! Cannot blame it on spell check or presumptive text. Possibly I could attribute the slip up to Blue Sapphire or more likely, Gordon's. Wicked, wicked gin girl.
Greg, Ross, Michael and myself up the river this Fri/ Sat, to do a little straightening of the property. Don't get excited. If all we manage is to turn the fridge and freezer on for your arrival home the following weekend, count yourself lucky!

Love the latest photos Ann. Particularly the two of Spence at Byron. Walking down the path by the roadside, with the coast in all it's glory, laid out in front of him. And the other, Spence in profile, with the lighthouse in the background. As always, fabulous photos, your artistic eye evident in the framing of your shots. Clever girl! OK, I give up. What is that desert complete with candle than Spencer is grinning over from the local Bowlo/ Chinese? Hope you went with chopsticks you guys, no cheating with forks!

Happy Birthday Spencer. Eleven today!
Your birthday present this year......an entire year off school and the adventure of a lifetime. How fantastic it has been. We've loved reading Mums updates on the latest progress and all the incredible photos. Enjoy these last few weeks blissfully spent " at the beach." No more gorges!
Or waterfalls! And kilometres of trekking to see them. Have a ball in the surf little mate and a happy day. Looking forward to seeing all four of you very soon. ( how about Uncle Ross's last post, he's always full of interesting facts and trivia??? He's a curious , intelligent person Spencie, just like yourself. )
