Well here we are in Chiang Mai, slightly cooler but still very very hot! Hoping to go onto Pai next, and then probably over the border into Laos, away from some tourists and into a jungle for real this time I hope! Been rushing around quite a lot so I think we are going to take it easy here for a few days and relax a bit. Food has been ace so far. although we have had a few dishes which have just been stupidly hot. Hopefully after we have been on our thai cooking course we will be able to come back and show everyone else what we have been eating for the last couple of weeks! Have learnt a few words of Thai, mostly just the essentials though (Thank you, hello, and chicken?) Have also started eating more from street stalls as we build up our confidence and knowledge about what things are likely to be! Might be going to see Muay Thai (thai boxing) tonight so we will let you know how brutal it is.......
