Maggie Hi Ally and Mark Just a quick note after the Easter Weekend. It was glorious weather at the weekend = felt like we were in Australia! Jenny was down working hard in the garden, and Frankie and the girls were off visiting Mary in Ashtead, so we had Tilly to stay. Spoke to Graeme on Sunday night - he's hoping to move in next weekend, so should be back on the telephone after then. Not much news apart from that. Still no Christmas presents? (!!!!) Haven't been up the pub much, so not even any gossip......we are in the process of booking our trip up to the Highlands - looks like we're going to stay in a hotel near Loch Ness (www.benleva.co.uk if you're interested) and we'll see if we can fit in a trip to Kylesku and will remember you to Denise and David if we do!!! Graeme G'day Alain & Mark, I trust you are both well and enjoying the laid back life in the glouriuos heat and fantastic beaches! Anyway i know i have not been in contact for a while, but i do miss you and think of you as does the rest of the family, mum&Robert send their love and wish you both well and if possible could you give them a phone as soon as you can, it's nothing to worry about. Also how is the jobs going, Alain is you're job in the fashion world going well, it's good you got something that is in sync with what you've been doing and Mark have you managed to find a building job yet? judy bartlett Nice to read your journal entries and messages. The weather must be glorious in Oz. Hope you are enjoying your job but still find plenty of time to have some fun. We have 2 very mischievous kittens they are wrecking the place and terrorising th dogs next door , one of them curls up in the sink and goes to sleep under a dripping tap - I suppose that is the lazy way to have a wash. It was nice seeing Maggie and Jenny during Christmas week. We were hoping Jenny would join us when we had some friends in but they were very disappointed when she did not turn up. Maggie Hi Ally and Mark Happy New Year (better late than never) It's all over for another year, so the decorations and the Christmas cards are coming down, having fun trying to fit everything back in the boxes. Had a card this morning from Johnny Munro, who has recently moved, and lost his address book in the process, but he sounds ok. Also heard from Graeme last night, nice to hear from him. My cold is nearly gone now, tho I spent nearly all of Christmas and Boxing Day tucked up. New Years Eve spent as usual up the Poachers - tho we didn't bother to dress up (Hogwarts meets St Trinians - you can guess how many men had fishnets on) we still had a good time. Jenny was a dirty stop out as usual, but Wendy gave me a lift home at just after 1am. Jenny is in the process of buying a flat in SE London, (with assistance from one of her old college friends as a co-owner) and is just waiting to hear that the exchange has taken place. Plenty of room for me to go and stay hopefully, although she'll probably have to get a lodger to help pay the bills. Sharon Happy New Year Guys. What did u get up 2? I spent mine in Dublin. It was wicked, the best New Year ive ever had. I dressed up as Bat Woman, and my mate was Wonder Woman!!
