I've decided I'm going to do a worldwide survey of toilets and showers, as I've had some interesting experiences so far: The delta dunny consisted of a hole dug in the ground by the Polers, surrounded by elephant dung, over which you shoveled soil with a handy spade once you'd finished. Then there was the open air toilet - no roof, so you could look up at the stars whilst doing the necessary. Shoulder high cubicles - very sociable I'm sure. Toilets where the ...
