I remember the first time I saw a map of Africa. I was 7 and I was on the far right of my classroom & Mr Scott my teacher was on the far left with a large map of the great continent. No photos, no idea about anything, just seeing those exotic names and I remember thinking that I must go there one day! That was 40 years ago! I have never lost that desire.
As a child and throughout my life, whenever I lay in bed asking myself what, if I could do anything at all, what would I like to do more than anything given the chance? The answer has never changed - Serve God with all my being! Naturally I have always wanted to do that in Africa. In 3 days I leave home to finally live my dream!
True to God's promises and His very nature, this trip has already morphed into above & beyond all I could ever ask & hope for! I give all praise & glory to God alone. But many thanks for everyone's constant love, prayers & support. I will miss my precious family & friends here so much! Hope I get the opportunity to write this blog & keep you all updated. Love to all xxx

Kim Radder In the days and weeks just after I surrendered my life to the Lord, I know I thought, "Please, Lord, DON'T send me to Africa!" Praise Him for His gracious granting of your heart's desire. If you see an elephant, maybe you could take a photo for me. I think elephants are absolutely awesome creatures. Looking forward to reading about your adventure.
