Well it's about 3:30 in the morning here in San Diego. It's already 12:30 in Barcelona though so I guess I have slept in a bit for today. This is going to be short, but I just wanted to express how excited and how grateful I am to be traveling today. I am a little sad that I will be missing out on the turkey, and more importantly, the pumpkin pie and the Packers, but I am so excited for this amazing opportunity to explore other parts of the world. On this Thanksgiving Day, I am so thankful for all the family and friends who have supported me in planning this journey, I'm thankful for the ability to travel and for my job that has allowed me the financial security to do so. I'd like to also say thank you to all our tropps who arne't able to spend this holiday with their families, including my brother. I so appreciate all of their sacrifices. I'm also very thankful for my friend and travel partner, Lauren. This trip would not be happening with out her. Now, to finish packing and ctatch my flight... Happy Thankgiving!!!
