Day 1 - Holiday number 3 of 2013 and probably the most acceptable set off time for a holiday yet i got to sleep till a normal time and get an 11am train to the lovely manchester airport for a 4pm flight. It was almost the end of our journey :( and we wernt even going to have that long to explore amsterdam just 1 night and we arrived at about 5pm in out hostel that was like a 30 min bus right out of the centre this was pretty annoying as ive been to amsterdam quite a few times and it isnt that expensive to stay in the centre but oh well it was a really nice hostel in a pretty area. Nice 'late' start today diddnt have to be on the bus till 9am :O we jumped on the bus and just before our first stop we were pulled over by the police who proceeded to check everyones passports for some random reason :/waste if time but hey at least they seemed to be doing their job. A bit more driving and we stopped in Dresden which is aparently famous as it was absoloutly flatttened during WWII and had to be rebuilt after the war, we were only here for a lunch ...

Feeling all relaxed but still full of cold we hopped on the bus again to head to Bratislava for lunch then onto Prague for 2 nights.
