Thanks for the tip about Treasure Island!

Tapas is traditional spanish food which is normally served for free in bars in Spain as little nibbles when you order drinks. When you eat tapas in restaurants the concept is similar to Dim Sum, in that you order lots of the little dishes and share.

I don't know what the food will be like where you're visiting in the US as you're visiting lots of different places. The best tip I can give you is only order a main course as the portions are huge!
