Hello all! I started my journey from Lahti on 5th of dec. I took the train to St. Petersburg. My friend Inkeri is studying there and she offered me a place to stay. I arrived to Petersburg around 2pm and first we went to Inkeri´s flat to leave my stuff. Later we went to Inkeri´s University and to register my visa. Registration went smoothly but I´m sure that without Inkeri´s help, I couldn´t done it. In the office they said that I have to come again tomorrow to get my official registration document. We also bought me a night train ticket to Moscow. On the evening we decided to meet another Finnish girl (Ellu) in one nice local retro bar and have few beers. It was nice to get known with Ellu and we had first round, then second round, and then third round…and after all we accidently got quite hammered (with help of sparkling vine). On second day we got my registration paper and we bought my train ticket from Moscow to Vladivostok. Everything went surprisingly well and the lady from information office was very helpful. It was also Finland´s Independence Day, so we decided to go to two Finnish guys flat to have some drinks and food. We had nice evening with five Finns and one dude from Germany. My train left at 1.10am, so I had to leave party quite early. My nine-hour journey went sleeping like a baby because I was very tired. Now I´m here in Moscow for two nights and I will take a train on 9th of dec to Vladivostok.
