Mum Hi darling - sorry this trip has been so stressful and tiring for you that it turned the ionised water a funny colour. I don't know how you are coping!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really laughed at the Ecuadorian idea of haggling - just guessing random numbers until you said yes! I hate haggling too but this sounds much more fun. Not long to go now..........ly xx

I really sympathise over the aching limbs after the cycling - it was very brave of you to even dream of cycling around the mountains but think of the calories expended!
