Ok, so after spending damn close to a week, which is long by my standards, in toronto, I'm starting to make my way elsewhere, but just for the hell of it, I'm not saying where. This means my poor mammy'll have something to worry about back home... Anything to give some Puzzles to the near and dear. But the Central perk is staying moving. Ok, that sounded like the Mounties are after me (not yet at least), but even though I'm starting to get a bit homesick, I wanna see some New horizons and having the Freedom to do that is divine. Despite that, it's gonna feel good getting home. Mostly in the aspect that I've grown restless of being restless, feeling that I wanna get back and see my old Friends again and missing my family a bit. But mostly, I just feel that it's gonna be nice to actually NOT live out of a bag for a couple of days and having some fresh fruit again, a big apple for example.
Doesn't really work to well with the plans to move to Lund pretty much instantly...
Anyhow, I had some luck and some crappy luck in Toronto. Lucky part: the guy I couch surfed with lived in a part of Toronto called Greektown where they annually host a food festival. This ancient tradition was honored on this particular weekend so I got to try a loooooot of different food, mostly Greek specialities.
Bad luck: the exact same weekend there was a major metalfestival in Toronto... That I didn't hear about until it was too late.
How big you ask? What if I say Five Finger Death Punch? Nope? Then what about SOAD? Still nothing? How about Manson, slipknot? Still not getting through? Ok, quit reading my blog and go get a taste in music. Seriously, the tickets might have been 80$ per day, but if I hadn't taken the bus to ******* I could've afforded at least one day.
Any guesses so far where I've gone? Nope, alright then, just re-read the blog, it's really not that hard.
