Today was really a slow day, doing necessary stuff. Number one was laundry, number two was re-packing my bag since the border security of the US and A thought my bag looked like it needed a random check (I.e tearing everything out and tossing it back in, trying to zip up my broken zipper that pretty much only I know how to shut by now). Number three was starting to plan what to do in Canada. I've got ten days left here, and even though I like this city quite a lot (I've found a really nice and cheap bookstore and a pub I like), I don't wanna stay here all that time... So I've been looking on places to go, and also some couch hosts. My money is runny pretty tight by now. So if I want to travel anything from toronto, I pretty much need to couch surf. At least for a couple of days.
With greyhound busses, you can get around for a decent sum, but, well, it's not free. But then again, Toronto hostels aren't that cheap either. Almost 30 bucks/night... f***ing crazy much. Not even Australia was that bad.
So we'll see. Either way, I can't stand in Toronto for almost 2 weeks. So for the following days, my diet will consist of breakfast (which is included) and noodles.
Oh yeah, I mentioned a bookstore. There is a place called the Worlds Biggest Bookstore here in Toronto, the place is massive. Two stories, so big you can barely see the opposite wall, with pretty much every modern book you can think of.
It's right next to that. For example, the book "A Briefer History of Time" by Hawking goes for 24$ in the biggest in the world. In the one I like, it costs 5$.
What?! Well, it is a second hand bookstore, a lot less space with a lot less organization and mostly just books scattered along the walls and on tables, but I've already found 5 really good books, plus one comic book.
Anyways, it's getting close to bed time about now, so I'll try to jolt something down tomorrow aswell.
