And with that saying ringing my ears I've decided to do exactly that - to see what I can do.
My life dream has always been to walk a long distance but when my knees started to deteriorate I gave up on my dream believing that it was totally impossible. But as time went on and the older I got the more it played on my mind until one day quite out of the blue I asked Dennis if he had one more adventure in him - and after a lot of soul searching and much to my delight he agreed to walk with me - across Australia.
If you know me at all you are probably already asking yourself "how the hell can she do this with THOSE knees?"
Well, I don't really know if I can make it but I do know that I'm going to give it my very best shot and we'd like to have you come along with us by reading this travel blog to keep you all informed of our journey together with photos from the road
