Well we got away about 9:30 and travelled a very peaceful 2 hour drive to Queenscliffe south of Geelong. We took the car ferry to Sorrento...drove up at 10:50 and got on the 11:00 ferry...very lucky! Then a 2 minute drive up the hill to our hotel....very nice. We got to check in right away after a quick wine/beer at the bar with john and Meryl. I walked to town for a few supplies then went for a long walk on the beach...quite hot today. The rest of the crowd came in gradually. We then went for drinks and dinner...our welcoming dinner...where we got the rules of the week....all 24 of us! Was a great night. Greg Goss nominated people to do various jobs and fined many of us for silly things! Will be a great few days!
