Lyn's Adventure
Nauseated, dehydrated, tired, ate just right today, less food feels better. Love the granola and nut milks, especially hazelnut is my fav. Eating lots of nutrient dense green food i.e. sprouts, kale and other veggies. Also eating foods high in protein such as chia seeds, and a variety of nuts and seeds. Drinking lots of reverse osmosis water with sole to help stay hydrated.
Days start with 5:30am meditation, then yoga and classes on health and how to prepare foods, all optional. Day ends with meditation, kirtan (spiritual singing) or Shabbat on Friday nights as Dr. Cousens is Jewish.
