Beth Ah God, hope the canyoning wasn't too intense!! Big sense of achievement afterwards though :-) I told you how I cried on that 7m jump didn't I.... took about quater of an hour to make myself do it, the instructor guys thought I was a complete mad woman I'm sure!! Good work on the coat plus clothes, so much cheaper/better than uk an amazingly worth it. Loving the entries! lots of love xxx
