Hello again!
Well, we've been snorkeling on Ko Surin as you've probably gathered from the photos. The water was crystal clear and the coral amazing and very varied. There were loads of fish and Emma even spotted some sharks (not dangerous).
Camping was uncomfortable and when hundreds of people turned up for Thai New Year it felt a bit like a refugee camp, but it was fun anyway.
We are now on another island called Ko Tau, where we came with a swiss girl we met, called Jolander, in order to do some diving. Unfortunately Emma's asthma appeared to be a potential problem so she was unable to do the course. Instead we've beeen doing some more snorkeling and seen some more black tip reef sharks.Just to let you know Lucynda does not go anywhere near the sharks and has a bit of a phobia about them.
We only have just over a week left now.We cant believe its nearly over.We are not quite sure what we will do next, we think some culture might be in order to compensate for all this island hopping.Although the thought of sight seeing in this terribly hot weather does not fill us with enthusiasm.
Tina and Aron, my phone is still not working because there is no signal here still.I am missing your texts and will try again when we return to the mainland.
Hope you liked the last lot of pictures.Hope you are all well and enjoying the warm weather we have been hearing about. To be honest i am looking forward to wearing a jumper and feeling the cold.Take care and see you very soon. All our love, Lucynda and Emma x x x x x x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
