I met Roy while I was working with the USAF during the vietnam war & he was stationed in phomn pehn before coming to the UK. He has a tape of the nightly bombings while he was there. Hi Lou - just read Blog number 4. You really are a proper explorer now! You'll be pleased to know that we had a -3 degree frost last night - a bit different from your island I am sure. ahhh Lu, sounds amazing. i can't believe you are now a fully fledged thai cook-i can't wait to sample some of ur recipies. Sounds like you've already done so much in such a short time.
