Hi Lucy. You must be having such a great time (not including the stomach cramps). I have this theory, hear me out on this one. British athletes, to be competetive, train at altitude. La Paz, being 1 of the highest places in the world must be the place to train. Therefore, the residents of La Paz must be the fastest athletes in the world. You've been there. Am I right?
Great the you're having fun.
