Just finished a weeks cooking course at Orchards cookery. It has been amazing fun but very intense. I arrived late on Sunday night as the train I had hoped to get was cancelled.

The week was pretty simple, the day started at 8.30 and we cooked until 1.30 when we ate what we'd been working on. After an hours break it was back to the kitchen to make dinner for 7.30. After eating and cleaning the kitchen we were normally finished by 9. After finishing our wine outside we all headed off to the pub before a late night to bed.

The people I met on the course were all great fun and I really enjoyed my week. Although I am now shattered and not enjoying the long journey home!
