hi guys,

the trip is going great so far. we both love thailand.

went to phi phi island yesterday and visited a bunch of other islands. the boat trip on the way over was a bit hairy! big waves and lots of crashing and banging. we broke one of the seats at one point. but once we arrived it was magic. electric blue water and white sand. the scenery is fantastic so we have plenty of photos! did some snokeling then stopped for lunch on phi phi island. beautiful food and great company from the mackay crew. once lunch was done we headed off to another island with deck chairs and plenty of bars to re-hydrate!! all in all it was a great day.

Today we hired a tuktuk for 6hrs for $30 (1000 baht) to do some activities around phuket. we had a traditional thai massage (much needed after the boat trip!) then went to ride the 4 wheel motor bikes and finished off at the gocart track. we also went for a swim at the beach and then got another massage on the beach for $6.00 each (200 baht).

The trip is going great with many more good times ahead!!
