Hi Louise, sounds as if you are having a great time, they say travel broadens the mind, although you must be broad minded anyway living with your father!!! love from Nick and Jo.
Hi Nicky - yes I think that living with my dad helped prepare me for my travels!!
Elizabeth
Delighted to read about the fantastic time you are having. I got your address from your mother when she came for coffee today-we were so busy talking we clean forgot to have any coffee! We visited Hongkong and Singapore and Malaysia last year but have never been to the other places-I think you have to be young to have enough stamina! Fried spider would give me nightmares-did you try it? I held a Burmese pythoon in Mozambique a week ago-it was so heavy a man had to hold the other half of it and it was wrapped round my shoulders. frank kept talking to it and said it had a lovely face but it kept darting its tongue out and I just hoped it wasnt putting me as the next course on its menu! I only agreed cos he was going to take a photo to show the family my great courage but the battery was dead so I suffered in vain. We visited an elephant reserve-theyare my favourite animals- but we werent lucky enough to ride one like you did Have you met any wild snakes? Your mum's computer is in for repair -she hopes to get it back this week. I really look forward to reading about your further adventures and especially to see what you do in NZ We like South Island best-you will love the scenery and the people are so friendly Love Elizabeth
Hi Elizabeth - thankyou for the message, it is lovely to hear from you. I haven't seen any wild snakes (thank goodness), although I have seen lots of snakes in bottles of snake wine! I go to Australia in a few days and NZ in about 6 weeks time - I am looking forward to it. Love L x.
