Arrived safely in fiji (after losing a day to the international dateline which was very confusing but think I'm coping with the jetlag remarkably well!) Very sunny and hot here even though it is their winter. our tour guide took us on a bus journey around the surrounding villages and just explained a bit about their crops etc and the landscape which was really interesting then spent a bit of time shopping in the town.

Had our first coaching session yesterday whcih went surprisingly well seeing as there were 200 kids and only 15 of us! Have our first match today which i'm extremely scared about as all the fijian women are slightly larger than me (we actually saw one with a beard in the market!)

Having an amazing time and working on the tan, hope england is fun!
